In game 1 — Survivor — attendees learn how to identify the various threats facing government employees and elected and appointed officials, and how to handle manifestations of those threats practically so we can capture that immunity idol. Then assess the risks presented by players testing their constitutional rights and players who just don't want to follow the rules so we can vote those troublemakers off the island.
In game 2 — Password: What's Behind Door #1 — attendees open the door on the Public Records Act and the open meetings law, discussing remote meetings post-emergency declaration, recent changes to applicable laws and relevant appellate cases. In addition, dive into everything you need to know about the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
