Name Changes for LGBTQ+ Clients: Cultural and Subject Matter Competency


This CLE provides attendees with both legal instruction and guidance so that they may assist LGBTQ+ clients in completing name-change proceedings in North Carolina courts.

Additionally, presenters train attendees in cultural competency and ethics issues applicable to the LGBTQ+ community.
