2024 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program

This CLE explores issues that challenge lawyers in complex business disputes, providing in-depth coverage of topics that arise frequently, such as privilege and the Unfair & Deceptive Trade Practices Act, but also newer areas of the law, such as privacy and data security. It also draws attention to issues important to all lawyers, including how to effectively build trust with colleagues and clients.

Hear from an engaging panel of experts — comprised of a first assistant U.S. attorney, defense counsel and one of our esteemed federal magistrate judges — as they discuss litigating against the federal government.

Frequently regarded as the highlight of the section's annual CLE, the final session features valuable insight about practice before the business court from the perspectives of sitting Business Court judges.
