Designed for family law paralegals of all experience levels, this CPE course goes back to the basics, allowing the paralegal to rejuvenate and develop new skills for completing financial affidavits, equitable distribution inventory affidavits, and retirement division orders.

Participants explore key concepts and procedures relevant to family law cases involving financial and family law matters, including case management, custody and psychological evaluations, and using Soberlink.
