Tri-State Environmental Law Conference

The Tri-State Environmental Law Conference exposes attendees to laws, regulations, cases, policies, and procedures affecting and concerning the environment.

In this program, learn the similarities and differences of key environmental issues between North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia including legal, regulatory, technical and political perspectives regarding contaminates, climate, energy, water and other natural resources. Regulators, legal experts, and stakeholders provide updates on treatment and containment of brownfields.

Speakers address environmental, social and governance factors and new approaches to risk management. They provide case law updates from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and discuss Clean Water Act regulation in light of Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency. They also elaborate on PFAS, or perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, and other new environmental risks.

Join us as we also discuss litigation, regulatory issues, and analytical methods, among other topics!

The conference is hosted this year by the State Bar of Georgia ICLE.
