The Times They Are A-Changing for Business Lawyers (2024 Business Law Section Program)

The NCBA Business Law Section Program focuses on the whirlwind of recent changes to state and federal law. And as with prior years, the sessions cover a variety of topics that help every attorney — new or seasoned — gain skills and knowledge to immediately improve their practice and the service they provide to their clients.

Speakers discuss important, practical developments in common business transactions. They also provide presentations on significant legal updates ranging from the Corporate Transparency Act to how recent judicial decisions impact corporate DEI programs. Also featured is the annual case law update.
