Erin Auld is Managing Attorney at Jackson Law in Raleigh. She joined Jackson Law in 2019, bringing a background of litigation, contract disputes, and leadership. In the past few years, she has not only conducted many closings a week, but also spearheaded the Title Department.
Erin enjoys complex title issues, public speaking, and takes pride in working hard to achieve a resolution for her clients. She now primarily focuses on the day-to-day operations of the firm, helping Jackson Law continue to thrive internally, as well as out in the community.
Erin earned her B.S. in Political Science from Bridgewater College and her J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. At Campbell, she competed on the National Trial Advocacy Team and NC Client Counseling Competition. At graduation, she was awarded the Dean's Academic Achievement Award.

Jaime Kosofsky is a Founding Partner, and EVP of Business Development & Compliance, at Brady & Kosofsky in Charlotte. He is a real estate expert and responsible for the firm's business development and compliance.
Jaime has a passion for all things racing! He spent his early career working in various aspects of professional motorsports media, both in front of and behind the camera. He's covered everything from IndyCar and NASCAR to USAC and countless other racing series.
After law school, Jaime moved to Charlotte and began providing legal services to many of the same racing facilities, drivers, teams, manufacturers, and media members in the major national touring series for stock cars, open wheel, and sports car racing.
Jaime earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley School of Law.

Tim Reiniger is the Director of eNotaryLog in Cape Elizabeth, ME. He specializes in digital services law and policy (remote online notarization law, digital identity, cybersecurity, data privacy and protection, information sharing, e-apostilles, and human rights).
Tim played a crucial role in creating the nation's first remote notarization law in Virginia when RON wasn't fully understood or trusted. He helped write VA House Bill 2064 thus spearheading a movement for remote online notarization. He also worked on other enactments in Montana and Texas. He was also commissioned by the American Bar Association as an advisor to the Uniform Law Commission's Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts. His influence and his work in Virginia helps state governors and notary commissioning officials write RON laws. This in turn, allows more states the opportunity to pass remote online notarization.
As mentioned above, Tim is an author of the Virginia Digital Identity Law (2015) and the Virginia Remote Online Notary Law (2011), both of which are first of their kind in the US. For spearheading RON laws in the US, he was selected by the NNA as 2022 recipient of the March Fong Eu Award. An internationally recognized expert on online and e-notarization, digital identity law, e-apostilles, data privacy, and interstate and international recognition of notarial acts, he has testified on these topics before the U.S. Congress (the Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act or "IRON Act" 2010), a dozen states including California and Florida, and the Hague Conference on Private International Law. Currently, he serves as an appointed ABA Section Advisor to the Uniform Law Commission's Drafting Committee to Amend the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA) to authorize online notarization. On the international level, he has served on the Advisory Board of the European Commission's LIGHTest Project. He is a founder of the Cybernotary Society.
Tim earned his B.S.F.S., cum laude, in International Affairs from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
