    Kelsey Collie is the FVLS Manager - Family Law Practice at Elliott Davis in Charlotte.

    Kelsey has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since 2017.

    Prior to joining Elliott Davis, she was an Operations Finance Manager at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. in Charlotte.

    Kelsey earned her B.S.M in Finance, with a specialization in Energy and a minor in Accounting, from Tulane University and her Masters of Science in Accountancy, Audit and Financial Transaction Services from Wake Forest University Graduate School.

  • Lauren McCarthy

    Lauren McCarthy is Director at Elliott Davis in Charleston, SC. She specializes in litigation support and valuation services for family law and complex commercial disputes. With more than 10 years in public accounting, she's well versed in analyzing accounting records, tax returns, and other financial data.

    Specifically, Lauren assists counsel in resolving complex financial issues in litigious matters, including calculations of income and cash flow, preparation of financial declarations, child support extrapolations, analysis for marital balance sheets, tax effects of asset distributions, standard of living analysis, and economic damages. She has also assisted clients with shareholder disputes and business valuations for estate and gift tax planning.

    Prior to joining the Forensics, Valuation, and Litigation Support practice, Lauren provided tax planning and compliance services for pass-through entities and individuals.

    Lauren earned her BS in Accounting from Clemson University and her Masters of Accounting (Tax emphasis) from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in South Carolina, and Accredited in Business Valuation.

  • David Stewart

    David Stewart is a Principal at Elliott Davis in Charlotte. He focuses on providing business valuation and litigation support consulting solutions to clients in numerous industries. He has more than 15 years of experience, including more than ten years in public accounting providing business valuation and litigation support services, as well as tax planning and compliance services.

    David has performed valuation services for closely-held businesses, professional practices, and other business interests for a variety of purposes. His tax practice is centered on providing tax planning and consultative solutions to high net worth individuals and to business clients.

    In addition to his work in valuation and litigation support, David leads the tax team for the Raleigh market. He also works closely with estate planning attorneys in estate and fiduciary income tax matters for estates and trusts.

    Prior to joining Elliott Davis, David attended the Leadership Development Program of a large regional bank and advised families in personal trust, wealth management, and financial planning.

    David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2008 and is accredited in Business Valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) since 2010.

    David earned his B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his M.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.

  • Jonathan "Jon" G. Strickland

    Jonathan "Jon" G. Strickland is a Shareholder at Elliott Davis in Charlotte. He has extensive experience in individual and business income taxation as well as business valuation and litigation support services. With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, he works with clients across a wide-range of industries utilizing his business valuation credentials and knowledge of complex tax issues.

    Jon has given presentations on numerous topics relevant to attorneys, including valuation and taxation. He has testified in cases involving marital dissolution and distribution of assets and taxation.

    Jon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), accredited in Business Valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), accredited Senior Appraiser from the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

    Jon earned his B.A. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.

    Anne Rosell is a Support Manager at Elliott Davis in Charlotte. She is a financial expert in family law matters such as forensic, valuation and litigation.

    Anne is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts®.

    Anne earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Management, Accounting and Master's degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
