This three-hour program explores two testifying experts, navigating their CVs and how to best use their backgrounds, websites and information found online to prepare for their depositions.

Additionally, the program reviews portions of a testifying expert's video deposition to collectively explore "what would you do" if this happens in your deposition.

This CLE is an interactive program, focusing on the concerns and questions of the audience to work collectively to present solutions. Audience participation is encouraged.
