The NCBA Business Law Section Program focuses on the whirlwind of recent changes to state and federal law. And as with prior years, the sessions cover a variety of topics that help every attorney — new or seasoned — gain skills and knowledge to immediately improve their practice and the service they provide to their clients.

On day one, speakers discuss important, practical developments in common business transactions.

Day-two speakers provide presentations on significant legal updates ranging from the Corporate Transparency Act to how recent judicial decisions impact corporate DEI programs. Day two also features the annual case law update and includes an hour of technology and ethics/professional responsibility credit and an hour of substance abuse/mental health credit.
