Special Considerations in a "Grey Divorce" (Family Law Intensive Program)

Grey divorce — that is, divorce over the age of 50 — is growing at double the general divorce rate in the United States. Defined as divorce over the age of 50 between long-time married couples, these divorces are initiated by women two-thirds of the time, and this highly emotional transition comes at a time in life where financial mistakes cannot easily be rectified.

This program addresses legal and practical concerns, including incompetency, grandparents' rights, estate planning, trusts, valuation issues, alimony and more.
