EMerge: Updates and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Hot Topics (2023 Business Law Section Program)

This item is expired.

The emphasis of this year's program is hot topics in mergers and acquisitions arising as the business community emerges from a difficult couple of years. But as with Business Law Section programs in prior years, this CLE covers a variety of topics that are designed to help every attorney — new or seasoned — gain skills and knowledge to immediately improve their practice and the service they provide to their clients.

Learn about important topics in negotiating and structuring transactions, from pre-purchase agreements to diligence to tax issues. Cover topics ranging from purchase agreements to special issues in nonprofit mergers and acquisitions, and it also features the annual case law update.
