In-Person Live | Evidentiary Issues: The Digital Family World (2023 Family Law Section Spring Program)

This item is expired.

Sting had it mostly right: we are spirits in a digital world. The expansion of access to information over the past 20 years has led to an expansion of the evidence family lawyers can use for and against parties and families enduring divorce proceedings.

With direct discussion about the current state of electronic evidence-gathering, this program helps us stay relevant by exploring actual application of these concepts as applied to case law and offering a primer on how to avoid digital fatigue in this new world order.

INCLUDED SESSIONS

  • Uncovering Hidden Data in Family Law Cases
  • The Intersection of Co-Parenting and Domestic Violence
  • Digital Fatigue
  • Case Law Update With Special Panel Discussion: Part 1
  • Case Law Update With Special Panel Discussion: Part 2
  • Case Law Update With Special Panel Discussion: Part 3
