As we emerge from a global pandemic that prompted us to examine and innovate the way we deliver both legal and conflict resolution services, we anticipate a growing need to expand our notions of dispute resolution beyond those of court-ordered mediation.
In addition to advanced mediation strategies and ethics, this program explores other viable forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, collaborative law and conflict prevention strategies.
