      Angel Garrow is a digital forensic analyst at TCDI in Greensboro. She is a technically savvy professional with 8 years of experience in nursing and also an aptitude for change. She have a deep interest in providing in depth technology investigations. She has an ability to handle analysis and support in various technology areas coupled with 2 years of experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, project management and data recovery.

      Angel earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in Cybersecurity with a certificate in Computer Forensics & Digital Investigations from Champlain College. She originally earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing Science

    • Elizabeth P. Ligon

      Elizabeth P. Ligon is a partner at Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham LLP in Raleigh. Her practice focuses in the area of workers' compensation. She represents and counsels employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators through every phase of the workers' compensation process in North Carolina. She has experience working closely with mid to large size employers, staffing companies, and trucking and commercial transport companies.

      Elizabeth earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She was a member of the Negotiation Team of the Holderness Moot Court Bench and the Broun National Trial Team. She also completed over 100 hours of pro bono service during law school.

    • Jesse Shapiro

      Jesse Shapiro is an attorney with Wilson Reives Silverman and Doran PLLC in Sanford. He represents and protects the rights of injured workers across the state of North Carolina and generally focuses his practice in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Fayetteville, Sanford, Southern Pines, Greensboro and surrounding towns and counties.

      Jesse spent the early years of his practice as a criminal defense lawyer and then moved on to defend insurance companies and self-insured businesses in workers' compensation and personal injury claims. After spending more than five years learning the art of workers' compensation law in North Carolina as both a plaintiff's lawyer and a lawyer for the insurance companies, he decided to open his own law practice in Apex. In 2015, he joined Wilson Reives Silverman & Doran, bringing his experience and passion for representing injured workers to Lee County, Wake County, and beyond.

      Jesse is Board Certified as a Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the North Carolina State Bar.

      Jesse earned his bachelor's at Colby College in Waterville, MA and his J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. He was active in the Law School Student Counsel and was president of the Law Student Civil Rights Research Counsel for two years where, among other things, he organized trips to Texas and Florida to help men, women, and children seeking political asylum in the United States.
