    Paulene Scott Kearney is the Legal Operatoins Manager at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers LLP in Raleigh. She manages up to 20 paralegals and paralegal assistants in the NC, SC and VA high volume practice areas. She has extensive paralegal, compliance, regulatory, project management, vendor management and staff management skills. She developed and currently maintains a training program for new hire litigation staff using training materials organized in SharePoint. She created SOPs for specialized tasks in her area and perform monthly internal audits to ensure compliance to SLA by staff.
