COVID Resilience Training: Mental Health and Well-Being During COVID-19


COVID-19 is placing unprecedented demands and challenges on everyone and in a variety of ways. This session focuses on the impact COVID-19 has specifically had on the mental health and well-being of lawyers.

Listen to a brief overview of recent mental health and substance use disorder research statistics in the context of lawyers (before COVID-19).

Also review the emotional, physical and behavioral reactions experienced as a result of COVID-19, the strategies for putting these reactions in perspective, and the tools, coping methods and suggestions for how to effectively deal with your own reactions as well as the reactions of others.
