Ethical Practice in a Virtual World

This item is expired.

Last year, the NCBA Future of Law and Professionalism Committees presented a joint CLE, Ethical Practice in a Technological World. How little did any of us know how much and how quickly the technological world would get here.

This year, as part of a two-day, split-session CLE, the NCBA Future of Law and Professionalism Committees reunite to expand on and explore ethical issues in our new virtual world. From new challenges in mediation and negotiations, professionalism on virtual platforms, and artificial intelligence, to maintaining your physical and mental self in the current climate, this year's program has an offering for all.

Featuring a collection of speakers and panelists on the forefront of emerging issues, learn from the comfort of your own home office about the opportunities and challenges you face.
