This manuscript includes recent developments in the law, weighs in on CCPA implementation to date, and provides practical legal guidance on navigating vendor contracting issues in light of new and not-so-new laws.

The manscript also provides information for practitioners interested in learning more about privacy and data security issues facing consumers.

Also included is material related to attorney-client and work-product privilege issues in a data breach in light of the Capital One decision.
